eConnect sits on top of the video a property already records and overlays facial recognition, flagged-person, and behavior alerts directly inside the video-management system the surveillance team already uses. When eConnect detects an event, the VMS is notified and presents the clip with the matching transaction or identity data attached. There is no new wall of monitors and no second system to watch.

A rating can be verified against the footage, a redemption tied to a face, and advantage play or jackpot fraud caught with the video already attached.

A credential tells you which card opened a door. It cannot tell you who was holding it. eConnect binds the face captured at the reader to the cardholder record in the access-control system, so a shared badge, a tailgated door, or a terminated employee walking back into a restricted area surfaces the moment it happens instead of during the next audit.
