Pro-Watch access events, answered with a face
eConnect joins Honeywell Pro-Watch cardholder and door-event data to live recognition, so security responds to a named person rather than to a door number.
How the partnership works
Pro-Watch cardholder records synchronize into eConnect and door events stream in continuously. Each event is matched against the face recognized at the reader, producing a verified, mismatched, or unknown result that is written back with the event.
Behavior analytics run on the same cameras. Loitering at a restricted door, repeated denied reads, and propped-door conditions are all reported with the recognized subject attached.
What the integration delivers
Cardholder synchronization
Pro-Watch cardholder and credential records populate the eConnect identity graph.
Door-event verification
Each Pro-Watch door event carries a recognition result for the person who triggered it.
Propped and forced door alerts
Held-open and forced-door conditions are paired with the recognized individual present.
Denied-read escalation
Repeated denied reads by one recognized subject escalate rather than scrolling past in a log.
What it changes for the operator
Business outcomes, not feature lists. This is what the property gets out of the integration.
Alarms with a name attached
A door alarm that names the person is dispatched in seconds. One that names a door number is investigated later.
Terminated staff cannot walk back in
Revoked Pro-Watch cardholders become internal-watchlist subjects, so a retained badge fails at the door.
One record, one truth
Identity, video, and operational data live in the same investigation record, so compliance requests and legal holds are answered from one place.
Investigations in minutes, not days
A single photo resolves to a full timeline, the associated video, and every linked event. Reviewers stop scrubbing footage and start reading answers.
How the data moves
eConnect reads from the partner platform, resolves identity, and returns intelligence. Nothing is replaced.

Partner platform
eConnect
Intelligence layer
Pro-Watch cardholder and door events feed eConnect, which returns verification results, behavior alerts, and identity records.
Where it earns its keep
Propped service door
A door held open on the loading dock alerts with the recognized employee who propped it.
Repeated denied reads
One person attempting three restricted doors in ten minutes escalates automatically.
After-hours presence
A recognized subject inside a building outside their scheduled hours raises an alert.
