Gaming-grade operational awareness on Synectics video

Synectics builds surveillance for regulated gaming environments. eConnect adds the identity layer, so the operator sees not just where an event happened but who was standing there.

Integration overview

How the partnership works

eConnect ingests Synectics camera streams across the floor, the cage, and back-of-house areas, and returns recognition and behavior events into the Synectics command interface. The surveillance team keeps its existing operational workflow and gains a name attached to each alert.

Because Synectics deployments are typically built around regulatory coverage requirements, eConnect respects the same camera-by-camera policy model. Recognition can be enabled where it is permitted and left off where it is not, with the configuration auditable per jurisdiction.

Key capabilities

What the integration delivers

Command-interface events

Recognition and behavior alerts surface inside the Synectics operator interface, not beside it.

Cage and back-of-house coverage

Restricted-area presence is checked against internal watchlists and terminated-employee records.

Per-camera policy control

Recognition is enabled camera by camera, so jurisdictional restrictions are honored and auditable.

Floor-wide behavior signals

Loitering, crowding, and repeated approach patterns are tied to the identity that produced them.

Customer benefits

What it changes for the operator

Business outcomes, not feature lists. This is what the property gets out of the integration.

No system to rip and replace

The platform you already bought, trained on, and budgeted for stays in place. eConnect adds the intelligence layer on top of it.

One record, one truth

Identity, video, and operational data live in the same investigation record, so compliance requests and legal holds are answered from one place.

Investigations in minutes, not days

A single photo resolves to a full timeline, the associated video, and every linked event. Reviewers stop scrubbing footage and start reading answers.

Bans that actually hold

A person removed once is recognized on their next visit, whether that is next week or three years later. Enforcement stops depending on who happens to be on shift.

Architecture

How the data moves

eConnect reads from the partner platform, resolves identity, and returns intelligence. Nothing is replaced.

Typical use cases

Where it earns its keep

Cage access verification

A face entering the cage is matched against the roster authorized to be there, and an unrecognized entry is escalated immediately.

Regulated-floor compliance

Recognition runs on entrances and the cage while remaining disabled in areas a jurisdiction excludes, with a per-camera audit record.

Repeat-nuisance tracking

A patron with a pattern of aggressive behavior is recognized on arrival and monitored before an incident occurs.
