How the partnership works
Cardholder and badge data from OnGuard or NetBox synchronize into eConnect. Cameras covering readers supply the face, eConnect performs the match, and the result — verified, mismatched, or unknown — is written back as an access event.
Revocations propagate immediately. When a cardholder is disabled in LenelS2, eConnect moves that identity onto an internal watchlist, so an attempt to reuse a physical badge is caught at the door rather than in the next access review.
